Our family has known the Murray family for over 20 years. I have had a few moves over that time and Toodie is my go to real estate agent. She is knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, and creative. Most recently, at her suggestion I put a back up offer on a property that I loved but had been disappointed to learn had gone under contract only hours before. Her creativity in coming up with this was brilliant, as when the prior buyer could not make their financing work, my contract with the seller became immediately effective. From the seller’s point they already had a contract in place.
